Welcome

On behalf of the pupils, staff and governors of Haimo Primary School I am delighted to welcome you. The purpose of this website is to introduce you to the school and to provide information you may find useful.

Haimo is a special place which promotes care and respect for each other at all times and is fully supported and valued by our community. We provide a safe and friendly environment in which to provide the best possible learning experience for our children. We also offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities and our children are encouraged to participate.

By providing an exciting, well structured and stimulating learning environment we aim to provide an education in which all of our children develop into resilient, independent and confident individuals with enquiring minds and a love of learning. We expect our children to enjoy success in attaining the highest standards possible both at work and at play.

We are extremely proud of the good behaviour and attitudes to learning of our children. When we go on visits or have visitors to the school they frequently comment positively on our children describing them as confident, expressive, positive and engaging.

We believe partnership is a key factor to ensuring success at Haimo. We encourage strong and meaningful co-operation between home, school and our local community. Together we share a vision and determination to ensure that we are always finding solutions in order to seek excellence in everything we do and so we value the comments and suggestions of all members of our community.  You are most welcome to come and visit at any time.
