Nursery

Our nursery has 52 spaces and offers either a morning or an afternoon place. Children are admitted after their 3rd birthday.

The school admits pupils using the Royal Borough of Greenwich criteria:

•  Age of the child
•  Proximity to school
•  Special educational & health needs supported by a letter from health visitor, doctor, social worker

If you are interested in a nursery place please complete an initial form which is available from the office or can be downloaded here. Once completed the form can be sent by email to office@haimo.greenwich.sch.uk, returned by post or hand delivered to the school. 

30-Hour Places

We are able to offer a limited number of 30-hour places to nursery children. If you are interested in applying for a 30-hour place for your child, you can check your eligibilty by completing a short application form on  https://www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-childcare.

If your application has been successful and you would like to apply for a 30-hour place at Haimo please email the School Office at office@haimo.greenwich.sch.uk with your child's full name, your 30 hour code and your National Insurance number.

At Haimo our 30-hour provision is provided as 5 daily sessions of 6 hours a day during term time only.  The sessions run from 8.50am to 2.50pm.

We also offer an additional 30 minutes from 2.50pm until 3.20pm at £5 per session.

For lunch parents/carers of 30-hour children may either purchase a school dinner at £3 per day or provide a packed lunch for their child.

Additional 15 Hour Availability

For children who attend our Nursery for 15 hours each day, we offer the chance to purchase additional hours for your child.  This is available on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to choose the days you would like your child to stay.

•  £18 per afternoon (11.45am - 3.20pm).

A school meal is also available to purchase on the days required.

•  £3 for a hot lunch provided by the school.  Alternatively, you can provide your child with a packed lunch.

Wrap Around Care for children who attend a full day

Our 30 hour children can attend HASC (Haimo After School Club) and/or Breakfast Club as and when required. 

• Cost for HASC is £5 for the additional 30 minutes from 2.50pm until 3.20pm plus £10 HASC (If you wish for your child to attend HASC, please call or email the school office to confirm your day(s) and arrange payment).
• Cost for Breakfast Club is £2.50 (Breakfast Club is drop-in and does not need to be pre-booked).
